About the cluster
For about a decade, the cluster development model has been used in Iran by the Small Industries Organization for the development of micro and small industrial units, and so far it has achieved good results in different provinces of the country.

Hazelnut paste
In general, a thick paste made from roasted hazelnuts (the process of extracting the moisture in the tissue of the hazelnut kernel) and ground is called hazelnut paste, and it is different from hazelnut butter.

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad, the area under hazelnut cultivation in the province is about 17 thousand hectares and the production is about 11 thousand tons. On the other hand, most of the hazelnut growing areas of the province are located in the heights of Ashkorat, and about 90% of the area under hazelnut cultivation is found in these areas.
